Well,
I seemed so exhausted.
People are working by another people direction, not working by system.
No communication between one to another department, even in one department, there's no communication.
If I may say, I love my job. I love to interact with others who have a different language and culture. That's make me learn how to handle people and business from another country. The one that I hate the most are the internal system. Internal peoples are always work day by day, and everything is seems unclear.
I don't want to grumble to anything, but hey I supposed to be?
Is that sign that I'm no longer fit enough to this company?
